Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aajl platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any aajl content without prior written authorization from aajl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aajl's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the aajl platform, or any services provided thereunder — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to aajl in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procuring substitute services, even if aajl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
aajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any aajl account at any time, with or without prior notice, where aajl reasonably determines that:
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, aajl may withhold or forfeit any balance held in the account. Any decision by aajl to suspend or close an account is final unless successfully challenged through the formal dispute resolution process described in aajl's FAQ.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their aajl account for any reason may do so by contacting aajl support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after all pending transactions have been resolved and applicable KYC requirements have been met.
aajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email (if a verified email address is on file) or via a prominent notice on the aajl platform prior to the amendment taking effect. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a player and aajl, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through aajl's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact aajl support via live chat to initiate a complaint. aajl will investigate all complaints and respond within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint resolution procedures. Where mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
